I have just returned from Portugal to visit my new apartment which has been furnished by Villapac and was so pleased to say is an understatement of what i found when I got there. Your expertise and staff have been totally amazing! I can not express enough the delight when I walked into my new apartment to see what I found! It was better than a show home, the extra touches which I really didn't expect were amazing. I cannot imagine the people who put it together, big strong men to carry the furniture and fit electricals etc all to a very high standard and at the same time have the finesse and eye of a woman (don't mean to sound sexist there!) but the dining table set for a dinner party, the beds made without a crease or crinkle in the sheets, TOTALLY AMAZING! I was kind of expecting boxes of cutlery and crockery that i would have to unpack and sofas still with the plastic on!
I have not been the easiest of customers, I know that! But not once has your staff (Sarah-Jane) who was our initial contact ever got the slightest bit bothered by my questions and constant mind changing. She was so patient and nothing was a problem. As for Tammie, well i was a bigger pain, I must have made 10 calls in one day to her, requesting another light here and sheets there etc, and I could hear her smile in her voice as she told me that will be fine I will sort that for you, telling me to call her if I think of something else (little did she know I was going to call every five minutes) she was absolutely delightful! Every time I sent a cheque I would get Wendy's email confirming receipt and thanks.
My husband and I were total novices to buying abroad and I did some research believe me! But nothing comes close to what Villapac does. I will be singing from rooftops in Portugal the praises of Villapac and I have already recommended Villapac to my friends who have a four bed villa and a two bed apartment to furnish.
All staff I have dealt with were pretty amazing and so professional, you obviously have an excellent eye for staff, because I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company ever, that comes close to yours! I would just like you to pass on my gratitude to all at Villapac especially Tammie who has made a stressful time for us a pleasant one.
I wish Villapac every success for the future - you so deserve it and recommend you go global. I can't thank Villapac and Tammie and Sarah Jane enough.
