I wanted to let you both know how absolutely delighted my husband and I have been with the furniture and staff service we have received from Villapac.
Initially we had a few problems with pricing, however once our order was placed I dealt with Rob who was most helpful and always returned calls etc.
When we arrived at our apartment we were pleased to see everything had arrived and was fitted without any mess. The wrong sofas had been delivered, however this was due to the original order sheet being incorrectly filled out by the sales assisstant. However Lesley made several calls on our behalf and came back telling us that the sofas we actually requested would be swapped over.
Upon our last visit this had been done and we are very pleased with the new ones.
I must say that Lesley did a really first class job in keeping us updated and informed at all stages, and this really put us at ease and and made the whole experience an excellent one.
I have already recommended Villapac to several of my friends who are contemplating buying abroad, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company to anyone.
